Our Polymer Processing Aid is a PFAS-free alternative to traditional fluoropolymer-based processing aids, developed to meet the plastics industry's shift away from PFAS chemistries while maintaining strong melt-fracture elimination and die-build-up control.
It coats the die surface to reduce melt-polymer friction, improving surface finish, output rate and die life in blown film, cast film and pipe extrusion.
